But, as we observe Jesus throughout the scriptures, we often see that He met a physical need in a person’s life which then opened the door to meet the greater spiritual need. Trinity Fitness models this style of ministry by meeting a physical need through our Battle Plans (workouts), which often open the door to meet the spiritual need in a person’s life.

Our metabolic conditioning workouts begin with a short devotional for spiritual fortitude. This is followed up by a structured Battle Plan (workout) to improve your physical health. Each day the Battle Plan varies to provide a total body workout.
Battle Plans can be supplemented by our weekly and monthly challenges to help keep you focused on your spiritual and physical fitness.
